COVID19 Calm Guided Meditation

Today, I offer a guided meditation where
I will help find your calm, your place of peace.
I’m going to take you to a place where calm exists constantly.

Let’s take a walk. We’ve arrived at a wooded area where
the trees and the plants are vibrant and full of life,
The air is fresh and clean and
there are huge, healthy ferns all along the pathway.

The ferns and plants are covering the floor of the forest.
You walk casually, you feel calm. The level of calm is increasing by the minute,
You notice a feeling of relaxation in your forehead and eyes.

Your jaw begins to relax. You pause and enjoy the feeling of letting go,
Letting go of tension and stress, letting go of what’s not feeding and nourishing you.
You remember to notice your breath and you are grateful as you fill your lungs with air.

This is a calm, relaxing, peaceful place.
Your gratitude level increases and you feel strong and in control.
The pathway is leading you toward a beautiful sound,
the sound of water, the sound of waves.

You walk a little more and the sound increases,
The sound is feeding your soul and ….
