Loch Kelly is an internationally recognized meditation teacher who has recently written a best-selling book called “The Way of Effortless Mindfulness”. He teaches an advanced, yet simple form of mindfulness that he personally developed called Effortless Mindfulness. By using Effortless Mindfulness, Loch’s students require significantly less time to achieve peace and connection compared to other methods. Loch uses his techniques to do shadow work and to overcome challenges with ADD and addiction.
