  • I was bullied by my older brother and by my parents. My biological father was physically abusive to me when I was young.
  • I believe on the healing journey, we need to get our thinking to a place where we learn how to take responsibility for everything because when, in your psyche, you get to a place where you take responsibility for anything and everything, then there is no part of your psyche that can be a victim anymore.
