  • I love breath work so much. It's a consciousness.
  • When you're stressed you're breathing in the upper levels, whereas when we relax, we do deep belly breathing.

  • I haven't really encountered bullying, but I think it is really important to speak up and seek help. There are the two sides, obviously.
  • Really getting to the root of what is going on, I imagine the person who is doing the bullying has some deep stories and obstacles in their life that we would want to uncover.
